Summary: Our apartment was spacious and well equipped - great to have a coffee machine! However, we did not appreciate the small ants(?) which infested the whole place, including the lounge seats, and the odd cockroach. Reception said they could not do anything. What happens - do you just let the whole place be overrun by insects before acting? The place was cleanish but there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom (yuk) and the place could do with a really good clean (beyond what a cleaner presumably does). There was no soap in the wash basin dispenser. We called reception - no answer, we went to reception and told them - nothing happened, we phoned again the next day and it was fixed very quickly. The following day the soap ran out in the shower. Gave up after that and used our own soap. Overall, given the high cost of the rooms, we were not at all impressed. A very bad experience for our overseas visitors. Breakfast very expensive and OK but not great. And you have to pay extra for a proper coffee. Bad.
